HELLS KITCHEN

I had my dream kitchen fitted 1 year ago however i am still waiting for completion . I visted Bozberg LTD last May 2010 and agreed for BOZBERG to design our dream kitchen , we sign contacts June 2010 and work started september/oct 2010. Day one fitter cut panels wrong installed major part in back to front and so and so..... The problems kept on coming day after day ,parts had to be remade, re-ordered from Italy . Christmas arrived still major parts missing or just laying on our kitchen floor Bozberg making excuse after excuse. Every part of our kitchen is either dented scratched ,every panel is uneven the paint work has pitted marks.The joinery has been put togther by large screws and filled with orange wax which looks as a young child has left playdough on top of the units. Bozberg customer service has been the worst i have ever incurred lack of professional conduct ,which includes letters full of lies and total rubbish . Bozberg states, "Bozberg design from the heart, we live and breathe what we do. Never is a project left at work when closed for the day. Your design comes home with us and almost always wakes up with us. Do you really want your kitchen designers just going through the motions? We are sorry but this is about feeling and passion, there is no other way" What happen to our dream ,BOZBERG destroyed our dream kitchen how can these companies continue to destroy peoples lifes
